Larry Thaler led the technolology and facility construction team at NBC Universal for 26 years and was responsible for many of their largest projects. In 2009 he left NBC to found Positive Flux, which partnered with some of the largest media firms in the world to create facilities and launch new technologies and services. Since then, Positive Flux has expanded its extensive experience in media/technology facility creation to residential projects and for not-for-profit organizations.

What is an Owner's Representative
An owner's representative (Owner's Rep) serves as a liaison between an owner or organization and their project team. The Owner's Rep supports the owner/organization in all decision-making, from initial project planning to team selection through design, construction, and final close-out. An Owner's Rep is valuable when an owner or their team does not have specific expertise, experience or time, or if the project is taking place remotely.
