130,00 sqft design-build conversion of warehouse to state-of-the art production facility. Joint venture of NBCU and Microsoft. Included removal of 7 columns via roof truss. Ceiling supported curved robotic tracking camera with 40 mph top speed. Wired magazine identified the facility as a “Wired Mecca – places to watch the future erupting now.” Completed and operational in 12 months
